"After just a few moments in one of Daniela's yoga classes, it is very obvious that she is extremely knowledgeable and grounded in her practice. She makes her students feel peaceful, present and radiant. I love taking yoga classes taught by Daniela because I know I will leave feeling like my mind is at ease, my body is thoroughly strengthened and more mobile, and my thoughts are beautiful. She connects the themes of class to nature and reminds me of how we are one with the universe. Daniela provides encouragement, gets to know her students, and assists with care. She is so calm, but also so tough, and inspires me to be strong and authentic."
